Brunch Southern Style...

Brunch has got to be the most fun & certainly the most sociable meal of the day & no-one does it better than the Southern States & on our road trips we've learnt that the guys in the Southern States in particular make it a real event.

We've pretty much tasted our way around the Deep South enjoying brunch at BBQ joints, diners & roadside shacks in every state we visited. From pancake stacks so fluffy you can never get to the bottom to waffles loaded with Southern fried chicken smothered  in maple syrup. All washed down with mugs of coffee or a chilled iced tea. Life simply doesn't get much better than brunch Southern style.

Our Hickory's Muffins, fluffy Homemade Pancakes, HoneyBird Cinna-Bun & Chicken Fried Waffle are a brunch feast staple! Along with the Hot Honey Pork Burnt Ends Waffle.  Think a loaded sweet, sticky & savoury waffle with our pork belly burnt ends, hot honey & mac 'n' cheese.

We serve up our brunch menu every day until 2pm & be sure to check the opening times of your local Hickory's. Our brunch menu is available in all of our Smokehouses.

If you're a fan of all things smokehouse we’ve still got the epic Pitmaster Stack muffin calling your name. Inspired by the Deep South where pork & egg is on every brunch menu, we had keep this one on the menu. The Hog & The Hen has been reworked with a muffin-  a tribute to early mornings in Texas- just how they should be!

Brunch drinkin'...

All washed down with mugs of bottomless cups of Joe coffee or if you're a fan of an iced coffee we've got a couple on the menu. But if tea’s more your thing, we’ve got a couple of iced tea’s on our line-up with Cherry Blizzard & Waked ‘N’ Baked.  Baked apple, caramel, sweet tea, lemon juice & apple juice.  To complete the brunchin' line-up, it wouldn't be a Hickory's brunch without a Bloody Mary. Our own tomato spice mix & vodka, topped with a taste of the smokehouse; maple bacon, savoury popcorn & celery- exactly as it should be done!

We serve our brunch menu everyday until 2pm.
