Whether you’re planning a birthday feast, an anniversary dinner, a graduation celebration, a family get-together or a long-overdue catch-up with your favourite people, we believe every occasion deserves proper food, proper hospitality and a little Southern-style magic.

Picture this: slow-smoked ribs so tender they fall of the bone. Brisket that’s smoked low ‘n’ slow until it melts in your mouth. Stacked burgers loaded high, with golden fries piled onto the table and Smokehouse platters made for sharing with the whole gang. All those Southern-inspired favourites also somehow disappear the second they hit the table.
At Hickory’s, we believe some of the best moments are spent round a table. The moments where everyone leans in to grab a rib, passes around the mac ‘n’ cheese, debates who order is the best, and somehow always ends up sneaking food from each other’s plates.

Every occasion deserves a whole lotta fuss! We’ll add a Hickory’s celebration board to the table with a message and we’ll treat the person celebrating to a birthday donut on us. You’re very welcome to bring a cake too if you'd prefer, please give it to our host when you join us!
