Brunch has got to be the most fun & certainly the most sociable meal of the day. No-one does it better than the Southern States, but we wanted to bring a taste of that to Brunch at Hickory's. On our road trips across the pond, we learned pretty quickly that brunch isn’t just a meal… it’s a full on occasion.

We've tasted our way around the Deep South enjoying brunch at BBQ joints, diners & roadside shacks in every state we visited. We have taken inspiration from all of the hotspots, hidden gems and local hangouts. And, if there’s one thing we learnt it's that it’s bold, it’s hearty, and honestly, life doesn’t get much better!

Our brunch line-up is packed with Smokehouse favourites & a few new touches inspired by those long, laid-back mornings on the road. The kind that roll straight into spring and summer without you noticing.

We serve up our brunch menu every day until 2pm. So, snooze that early alarm, swing on by & start your day the Hickory’s way.

New Brunch On The Block

Pancakes & Waffles are a true American brunch staple, so of course we have add some new additions onto our menu for you to dig into.

Take your pick, then load it up! If you’re all about the classics then check out The Chicken Coop, for a sweet & savoury mash up go for the Maple Smoky Bacon & Egg, or if sweet is more your style the Lemon Meringue Cheesecake is the one for you.

Lookin’ for something a little lighter? Our new Smashed Avocado & Poached Eggs might be the one for you. Our slight twist on a true classic, that brings those summer brunch feels to any morning.

Brunch Favourites...

Don’t worry, the classics haven’t gone anywhere. From Steak & Eggs, to The Great American Breakfast and of course the Chicken Fried Waffle.

We'll always serve up brunch with a jug of maple goodness to pour on everything , to keep the maple flowing. Because is it even brunch without it?

Toast the morning...

Our Hickory's muffins have been firm-favourites with our guests for some time. Loaded with a griddled, slice of American style cheese & your choice of filling (streaky bacon, sausage patty or magic-dusted mushroom) and served with magic-dusted tater tots. A great way to start the day.

We know our guests like to feast, so for when you want something a little extra check out The Ultimate XXL Muffin. Perfect for those mornings when you can't decide which filling to go for as it's got them all.

Brunch Sippin’...

No brunch is complete without something to sip on, right? Whether it’s a bottomless Cup of Joe, a smooth iced coffee, or something a little cooler, we’ve got you!

Our iced teas are a real taste of the South and were inspired by the ones we sipped on those early road trip mornings. From the Cherry Blizzard to Life’s a Peach, and the return of One In A Melon just in time for the warmer days, they’re the perfect match for a laid-back brunch.

And if we’re being honest… it wouldn’t be a proper Hickory’s brunch without a Bloody Mary.

Made with our own tomato spice mix and vodka, then topped with a little smokehouse magic; maple bacon, savoury popcorn & celery- exactly as it should be done!

All that's left is to round up the gang or get the family together & join us for brunch at Hickory's.
