Autumn has landed & for us that means warmin' comfort food, authentic BBQ & indulgent shakes & desserts. Armed with inspiration & ideas following our first road trip of the year to the Southern States our pitmasters, chefs & bartenders have brought back the authentic tastes & flavours. And, you get to experience it in our new menu.
Start The Day...
The Hickory's way? From our Hickory's Muffins, to our fluffy Homemade Pancakes we've got you covered with a brunch that will you set you up for the day. And new to the menu is the sweet & savoury HoneyBird Cinna-Bun. If you're a fan of the Chicken Fried Waffle you need to give this a try. Let's Dig In...
Kicking things off with the appetisers you have to try the new Garlic Pretzel Bites. After a long flight across the pond we spent our first night in Chicago & couldn't get enough of the beer-infused cheese dipping sauce (warm, gooey & full of flavour) in the Elephant & Castle (We know it's not the Southern States, but go on give us this one. Once you've tried them you'll agree!)
We ate tacos in every roadside truck & BBQ joint we stumbled across in St. Louis, Nashville & Atlanta - so they had to stay on the menu. This time, they're loaded with sweet smoky pulled brisket, corn salsa, and cilantro.
We're bringing back an old favourite too. The Cauliflower Burnt Ends - a great start to any BBQ feast.
As Authentic As It Gets...
It's back - the Gumbo! Whether you're down for Smoked Pulled Chicken with Pork, Jalapeño & Cheese Sausage or Smoky Roast Cauliflower & Okra - this hot & spicy southern stew is not one to miss.
Of course, our smokers are fired up & ready to serve you the BBQ staples you know & love, from the 16-hour Smoked Texas Style Brisket to the Memphis-Style Ribs. For the non-smokers, our burgers & subs haven't gone anywhere. Or if you're looking for something a little different then we sure to check out the Roast Sea Bass Fillets - garlic butter roasted fillets, served with shrimp jambalaya & charred lime.
On The Side...
No meal is complete without some killer sides, so we have added some new ones we knew you will love! At Redheaded Stranger, Nashville (star of Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives - these guys did epic tacos too!) we loaded up on dirty tater tots. Our version of the dirty & moreish tots are - Cheeseburger Tater Tots. Crispy tater tots topped with all the best bits of a cheese burger. In the Southern States no BBQ feast is complete without a side of corn. Check out ours - Creamy Street Corn, sweetcorn, black beans, peppers & scallions.
From The Bar...
A trip to Atlanta, under the blazing sun sippin sweet tea is where we thought...we need more sweet teas on the menu. The Atlanta Breakfast Club know just how to do it. Next time you're joining us for brunch order yourself a Berry Good Tea or Life's a Peach.
Move over milkshakes, things are about to get freaky! One of our road trip missions was milkshakes & we sipped our way though every weird & wonderful flavour we could find. We all know America does things big, so it was no surprise that their shakes are next level. We chatted to bartenders & got behind the bar to check out some of the craziest, show stopping shakes we could find. Take a look at JoJo's Shake Bar & The Yard Milkshake Bar or order yourself one of our new freakshakes. The Cookie Monster or 'Nana Ya Business - and we've given the Crazy Carnival, a freakshakes makeover. They're thick creamy & a little crazy - and there are smaller versions on the kids menu.

We've made friends with the guys from 'The Beers of America' to bring you a new range of craft beers from across the Atlantic, along with some of our own favourites. From lagers & IPAs to unique brews, there's something for everyone!
