Start the Coronation weekend off in true celebratory spirit on Friday

Kick off the fun with 2 cocktails for £12 as well as local live music* from 6pm-9pm on Friday night! Choose from a range of tempting tipples. We've got them all from old favourites & classics, to new creations & Hickory's twists. Want to work your way through the lot? No judgement here!

*Hickory's Chester & Hickory's Gresty Green won't have Live Music but they'll be have all the sounds of the Deep South.

Our doors open from 10am on Saturday, Sunday & Monday for a Coronation Brunch!

Brunch fit for a King is what we're all about & with our doors opening at 10am all Bank Holiday weekend, there's plenty of opportunity to enjoy! Feast on fluffy pancake stacks with blueberry compote & cream or level up with the Early Bird Waffle - half a waffle with southern fried chicken, griddled egg, bourbon bacon & chicken gravy for drizzlin' or dippin'. After all, you can't have coronation without chicken.

If you're recovering from the night before, look no further than our Bloody Mary. Hickory's own twist on the classic. Tito's vodka, Big Tom tomato juice thrown together with our unique blend of herbs & spices. It's a showstopper that really packs a punch.

The Crowning Glory

Sun, shinin', cocktail in hand and a whole host of smokehouse staples to select from our new menu! Why not start with a helping of our CHARLESton chips to mark the coronation weekend? We're talkin' corn chips with black bean & corn salsa, peppers, scallions, jalapeños, mozzarella & American style cheese, cilantro crema & pickled onions. They're the perfect starter to share.

Since we're on the topic of sharing... we can't go without mentioning our Smokehouse Platter. A platter filled with all the smokehouse classics from Texas-style beef brisket & Memphis-style baby back ribs to BBQ Pit Beans and Bourbon glazed slow-smoked chicken wings. Tuck in with friends & family this coronation weekend - it's the best way to enjoy the full Hickory's experience and some would say it's the jewel in our crown!

There's always room for a sweet treat & our Waffle Plates are a must try! A crisp, light, homemade waffle with a choice of Cookies & Cream, Zingy Lemon Meringue or Blueberry Pie & Cream - they're a real crowd pleaser!
