Christmas might’ve been and gone, but the magic of Hickory’s remains!

The decorations were up & we served up all the Southern hospitality you could've wished for this Christmas. The smokers were fired up, the were team’s feelin’ festive & we had a blast welcoming you in for the most magical season filled with flavour, fun, and a whole lot of BBQ cheer!

We gathered together & celebrated the holidays the Hickory’s way... smokin’, joyful, and totally unforgettable!

Friends & family came together to celebrate Christmas & New Year at Hickory’s.

This festive season, we sprinkled extra magic across the menu. Think all your BBQ favourites, smoked low ‘n’ slow. From smoked Memphis Ribs, Texas Brisket & BBQ trays to stacked burgers, sizzlin' fajitas, hearty gumbos, cheesy macs, & veggie comfort classics. There was something to warm every winter craving. The little elves didn’t miss out either, with our kids’ menu packed with friendly favourites.

We had all your smokehouse favourites, plus we kept the Fro-Co flowin’ with our Gingerbread Fro-Co Jam Jar... everything the perfect festive dessert should be!

It wouldn’t be a Hickory’s Christmas without a few smokin’ drinks to raise a toast.

From crowd-favourite cocktails to brand-new festive creations. Plus, the much-loved return of our authentic Eggnog - there was a little sip of magic in every glass. Guests enjoyed it by the glass or took a bottle home for fireside sippin’.

Our freshly crafted Holiday Shake stole the show this season! Piled high with chocolate coins, a candy cane swirl, & topped with a gingerbread man…or two. It was pure festive joy in a glass! Grown-ups sipped on the eggnog version, while the little elves dug into gingerbread goodness. The ultimate treat to kick off the holiday cheer!

We stocked our back-bar & fridges with over 25 bourbons, easy-drinking session ales and a great selection of beers and cocktails so everyone could raise a glass together. From our take on a mojito (the Snow-ito) to the South Pole Sling, there was plenty of cheer in every glass. For those taking it easy, the Winter Berry soda was the perfect non-alcoholic pick this festive season. And of course, guests checked out our selection of sodas, freakshakes, non-alcoholic cocktails & beers too.
