Bank Holiday BBQ!

August came to a close and that could only mean one thing… the August Bank Holiday BBQ has come to a close.

We were open & smokin’ from 10am ‘til late all weekend long (Saturday 23rd – Monday 25th August).

The Ultimate Bank Holiday Feast

The heat was on, our smokers were fired up, and no Bank Holiday was complete without a proper BBQ spread. From 16-hour smoked Texas-Style Brisket and Memphis-Style Baby Back Ribs, to our epic Carnivore Skewer and Smoked Bone-In Pork Belly Rib - our Pitmasters served up the smoky, flavour-packed BBQ everyone loved.

For those after something lighter, summer flavours shone through with our Watermelon & Rice Salad, while the zesty Sea Bass Fillets brought a taste of the coast. Every bite was a journey deep into the South.

Southern Sips!

Guests cooled off with our line-up of Southern Spritz & Frozen Cocktails - the perfect sunshine sippers. From the refreshing Grape Escape to the fruity Frozen Pornstar, our cocktails kept the long-weekend vibes flowing. Glasses were raised to the last Bank Holiday of summer!

Weekend Long Brunchin'

Nothing said long weekend like a lazy brunch. From fluffy Homemade Pancakes, the mighty Pitmaster Stack, to the legendary Chicken Waffle - brunch was the perfect way to kickstart the day (and soak up last night’s cocktails). Alarms were snoozed, dishes skipped, and our tables filled with hungry brunchers.

Until Next Year…

The crew gathered, the sunshine showed up (mostly!), and we took care of the food, drinks & good times. This August Bank Holiday was one to remember - Hickory’s style.
