We are so excited that Hickory's is coming to Adel, Leeds at the start of summer.  We're getting to know the area & looking forward to meeting you all.  We’re preparing to unveil our unique take on Southern hospitality to you, our neighbours and the good people of Adel, Leeds & beyond.

Where to find Hickory's Adel...

 You'll find your new local Hickory's on Otley Road, Adel!

If you've been to Hickory's before you'll know that we're a family friendly restaurant & bar, and Hickory's Adel will be no different.   The entire building - inside & outside is having a complete refurbishment. BBQ fans will love the Chef's bar (we think it's the best seat in the house). You'll get to watch the chefs first hand as they slice the brisket. Ask them for suggestions for hot sauces & get a real sense of the Southern States.

Families, groups of friends, the gang from work - we've got you covered. From cosy booths to party tables, you'll be able to enjoy each other's & soak up the atmosphere. 

Inspired by a trip to South Carolina where veranda living is not just an outdoor space, but a way of life, we'll be creating our very own veranda for dining & drinking outside. We’ll have our signature huts for dining in the garden – your own heated, private space.  Along with the garden we’ll have safe & secure outside play area for kids- it will be the perfect place for the whole family.

For those Sports Fan, we'll also have a dedicated Sports Book area with multiple large screens - the perfect place to watch your team play. Especially Sunday nights watching the NFL!

Your neighbourhood bar...

You'll also be welcome to join us at your neighbourhood bar.  Whether you're planning on stopping by for after-work beers or pre-dinner cocktails, consider it your laid-back local hangout. 

Be sure to check out our extensive spirits collection - we’re pretty proud of our Bourbons - we have over 25 to try that we’ve sipped, drank and collected from our road trips. From easy drinking session ales (like our Hickory’s Pale Ale that’s brewed exclusively for us) to our selection of bottles and canned craft beers, there is a beer for everyone.

Younger guests are in for a treat...

Our VIK's really are our most important guests! We keep them entertained with table-top fun, regular special events, an outside play area and of course their very own cinema room that they can come and go as they please.

Our kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of mums, dads and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from pancake stacks& the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites. There are also smaller versions of all the shakes.

No visit to Hickory's is complete without a trip to our Fro-Co creation station. Designed to showcase the one & only frozen custard (that’s Fro-Co in Hickory’s talk).

Authenticity is absolutely key for us & that starts with our smokers. So we've shipped our 'Ole Hickory' smokers over from Missouri & our Southern Pride smokers from Tennessee and they take pride of place in the heart of the restaurant. 

Smokehouse Classics...

You'll be able to indulge in classics like tender Memphis ribs, juicy Texas-Style Brisket, and irresistible BBQ Pulled Pork. All slow-smoked in house using special smokers from Texas and Missouri. Our appetisers and desserts aren’t one to skip out on, so make sure you leave room! From Corn Dogs & Frickles to the Cookie Sandwich & Table Toasted Campfire Marshmallow, the perfect feast awaits.

If beer's more your style, we've got you covered. With easy-drinking session ales, including our exclusive Hickory's Pale Ale. And, we've got a selection of bottles & canned craft beers, so there really is a beer for everyone.

Hickory's is coming to Adel, Leeds for cocktail time...

Our bar teams love nothing more than shaking up a cocktail. Our drinks list will be bursting with interesting mixes & classic combos that all designed to pay a nod to our Southern roots. Be sure to try one of our signature cocktails.  Go for the Game Changer, a twist on the Hurricane, a real fruity & tropical drink. Check out the Cotton Candy - gin & Cointreau shaken with lemon juice & poured over candy floss. Or if you like your bourbon as for an Old Fashioned. 

Plus, our new line up of Southern Spritz & Frozen Cocktails that'll have you feeling like you're lounging on a porch swing in the Deep South! From the Grape Escape Spritz to a frozen Miami Vice, we've got the perfect first taste of summer ready & waitin' for you. 

So whether it's a smooth sip of Bourbon, a refreshing beer, or a Hickory's cocktail, there'll be a seat at the bar with your name on it.
