Exams are done... and we celebrated the Southern way!

Sons, daughters, grandkids, friends - whoever collected their A-Level & GCSE results or leaving certificates, this one was for them!

At Hickory’s, nothing said celebration quite like a table full of smokin’ BBQ. From Memphis Ribs to slow-smoked Texas-Style Brisket, epic burgers, juicy steaks and the cheesiest macs — we served up all the Southern classics, ready to share. Nothing tasted as sweet as success, but plenty of room was saved for dessert too!

Whether guests toasted with Hickory's soda, an ice-cold beer, or something with a little more kick, we had just the thing. Our Freakshakes were the perfect well-done treat for little (or not-so-little) ones. Chocolate lovers went wild for the Cookie Monster, while the Crazy Carnival was a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.

For those looking to sip & celebrate, our team shook up the perfect cocktails. The Frozen Pornstar offered a refreshing twist on a classic, The Game Changer brought fruity Hickory’s flair, and the Paloma Spice added a bold, fiery kick. There truly was something for every taste.

Many saved the big celebration for Friday - and they didn’t miss our shakin’ deals. Welcoming in the weekend with 2 cocktails for £12 from 4pm–9pm made it a Friday worth celebrating!
