Brunch in the Sun

Laid back summer mornings? Yes please. We’re bringing serious Southern vibes to the start of your days with a brunch menu that’s bold, smoky and bursting with flavour.

Dig into fluffy homemade pancakes, our classic Hickory's Muffins or check out one of our latest brunch dishes like The Hog & The Hen - our crazy southern twist on a brunch classic. Toasted cornbread, topped with smoky pulled pork & poached eggs. then finished with a light cheese sauce & cowboy butter. Trust us, you have to give this one a go!

And of course, no summer brunch is complete without an iced coffee to wash it down! Our Salted Maple or Blueberry Iced Coffees are the perfect cool caffeine kick. Or go full sunshine mode and order a Bloody Mary or Georgia Sweet Tea. Because hey, it's summer, and that's the vibe.

Our spacious outdoor terraces, garden areas and veranda's were practically built with these long summer days in mind. Inspired by our time in across the Southern states - there's nothing better than catching some rays on a front porch or kicking back in the yard.

Whether you’re sharing a Smokehouse platter with friends, tucking into a stack of ribs with the kids, or maybe just fancy a salad in the shade - it's all about making the most of the weather while it's here. And with a side of Southern hospitality, you’ve got a recipe for summer done right.

If you're just looking to graze & picky bits is more your style then a selection of our appetisers are a must. From Smoked Wings and Popcorn Bacon Bites to Corn Dogs and Frickles. And for the ultimate summer pick, the all new Deep South Shrimp Cocktail Tostadas. Think tangy Creole mayo dressed shrimp with crisp lettuce, celery & lime - light, refreshing and full of Southern soul.

Our desserts aren't one to skip out on too. No summer is complete with a Hickory's Fro-Co (that's Frozen Custard for those who don't know!). Or, why not try  Strawberry & Cream Jam Jar Cheesecake or homemade Waffle Plates.

Our signature cocktails bring the spirit of the South to your glass. From the citrusy hit of the Paloma Spice to the crowd favourite The Game Changer, every one is mixed with care and a little Hickory’s flair.

But if you really want to cool down, our frozen cocktails are where the magic happens. A firm team favourite? The Miami Vice. It’s a tropical daydream - a Strawberry Daiquiri & a Pina Colada combined into one glass!

Not into cocktails? No problem. We’ve got a fridge full of chilled craft ales—on draught, bottled, and canned—just waiting to be poured. Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs or something smoother and golden, we’ve got your perfect pint.

And if you’re keeping things booze-free, our homemade sodas hit the spot every time. Feeling indulgent? You can’t go wrong with a Freakshake - tall, creamy & unapologetically over the top.

At Hickory’s, our mini guests are always treated like VIK's (Very Important Kids). From popcorn on arrival to their very own menu packed with Southern favourites, your little ones will feel right at home.

Our outdoor spaces are perfect for a bit of run-around time, and many of our Smokehouses feature kids’ play areas*, family-friendly gardens and of course the cinema rooms for in case the weather takes a turn!

Our kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of mums, dads and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites. From pancake stacks & the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites. And don't forget the mini versions of our Freakshakes too!
