First up, Southern Sangria - a fiery mix of Jack Daniels Fire, Malbec and a splash of Coke float for a little Southern sass. Feeling something fruity? Check out the Alligator Juice. Think zesty & crisp with a dash - a dangerously refreshing sip. Love berries? Our Hard Very Berry Lemonade is the one for you. Mixes gin, raspberries and fresh blackberries for a boozy twist on one of our classic sodas. Chasing a Mardi Gras vibe? Go for the Blue Hawaiian Twist - Malibu, Blue Curaçao and passionfruit shaken into one colourful party. And for serious bang for your buck, try the Kentucky Buck. Looking for the perfect glass of wine. We swapped the Southern States for Southern France to bring you the perfect wine with help our friends at Chateau Canet. Red, white or rose, you choose!

Not drinking? No problem. Our Life’s a Peach sweet tea is a Southern dream! Homemade sweet tea, lemon juice, apple juice, peach purée & passionfruit, served ice cold for the ultimate sip without the kick.

Fridays should sound as good as they taste so we’ve got live music from 7pm every week in most* of our Smokehouses. Picture it: smooth Southern tunes, your favourite drink in hand and that unbeatable Friday feeling. This is what weekends were made for.

On the first Friday of the month, you can catch live music at: Hickory’s Hutton and Hickory’s Nuthall.

And on the last Friday of the month at: Hickory's Shrewsbury,  Hickory's Wrexham, Hickory's Huddersfield, Hickory's Wilmslow, Hickory's Worcester, Hickory's Wall Heath, Hickory's Gloucester & Hickory's Derby.
