What a smokin’ day we had! 🔥🍔🍹

We kicked things off from 10am with brunch in the restaurant - stacks of homemade pancakes, bacon with maple syrup, eggs over easy, and mugs of coffee (with a few Bloody Marys too!) set everyone up perfectly before heading outside to the Yard Party.

The garden was buzzing all afternoon until 6pm, and plenty of you rounded off the day in true smokehouse style. From Memphis-style baby back ribs and barbecue hand-pulled pork to our show-stopping Texas-style brisket, the menu was packed with flavour. And for the bold, the mighty Go Big or Go Home burger proved to be the ultimate challenge!
