Our Pulled Pork Pancake (or Waffle) brings Southern comfort straight to the brunch table. Combining Southern-fried pulled pork, a griddled egg & the sweetness of peach, finished with a little heat from pickle & jalapeño salsa.

Sweet, savoury, smoky & a little bit spicy. It’s everything we love about Southern cooking, piled onto your choice of fluffy pancake or golden waffle.

Got a sweet tooth? Our Cherry Pie Pancake (or Waffle) is brunch and dessert rolled into one, with rich cherry compote, silky custard and crushed cookie crumble.

Available every day ’til 4PM, it’s ideal for a lunchtime catch-up, a quick pit stop, a date or a business lunch that’s a whole lot more exciting than sandwiches around a meeting room table.

And, of course, you didn’t really think we’d serve lunch at Hickory’s without BBQ, did you?

Our Big Pig Bap brings 14-hour smoked pulled pork, Kansas BBQ sauce, French’s mustard, pickled red onions and crispy shallots together in one very happy bun.

In need of a burger fix? Go classic with our Hickory’s Single Burger or switch things up with our Southern Fried Single Chicken Burger.

For something warming with a Louisiana kick, our Gumbo is a hot and spicy stew inspired by our trips to Louisiana, served with half a freshly baked baguette.

And if you fancy something a little more indulgent, our loaded potatoes are piled high with all the good stuff. Choose from 14-hour Smoked Pulled Pork & BBQ Pit Beans or The Philly Shroom, featuring roast flat mushrooms, seared peppers and onions, mornay sauce, mozzarella and crispy onions.
