We celebrated from Thursday 4th -  Sunday 7th & fired up the grills and smokers all day long so you could dive into your feast at anytime. Our pitmasters were smokin' all your BBQ favourites to perfection, making sure there was something delicious for everyone.

Southern Style Brunch

Did you kick off your day with a dish that’s as big as the holiday itself, The Great American Breakfast? All the best bits of a Full English, but double the size and with a whole waffle thrown in for that true taste of America. It's a feast fit for a celebration that we're sure keep you fuelled up and ready for fun all day long.

If you were craving something sweet, then our homemade Pancakes were just what you needed! A stack of fluffy pancakes topped with sweet blueberry compote & vanilla cream or strawberries, chocolate, hazelnut & Fro-co. It's the ultimate sweet treat to satisfy any morning cravings.

When lunchtime rolled around, our Sub ‘n’ Soda deals was not to be missed. Choose from our mouth-watering Smoked Chicken Sub, a zesty Shrimp Po’Boy, or a hearty Pastrami Sub. Paired with one of our homemade sodas for a refreshing twist! What's not to love!

Smokin' BBQ Feast

If you joined us for dinner then we're sure you checked out our legendary smokehouse classics. From Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs to succulent Barbecue Hand-Pulled Pork, we’ve got it all. Did you go for our showstopper – the Texas Style Brisket? Smoked low ‘n’ slow for 16 hours and served with Tennessee bourbon gravy, it’s a true taste of Texas that you won't forget.

The American's love everything bigger, and our Go Big or Go Home burger is just that! Three toasted buns, two prime-beef patties, a Southern fried chicken fillet, streaky bacon, magic-dusted pork collar, a hash brown & three slices of American style cheese. Plus lettuce, tomato, pickled red onions, pickles & Hickory's burger sauce. What more could you want!?

And, we loved to see all the folks raising a glass to the occasion with The American Dream - Popcorn flavoured milkshake, topped with raspberry and blueberry sherbet & popcorn fireworks! It’s like a dessert and drink in one, perfect for celebrating Independence Day in style.

And hey, our bars were buzzing with your folks who were checking out our cocktails and bourbons. Our range of cocktail concoctions and a over 25 different bourbons that we have collected on our trips to the Southern States defiantly went down a hit too!
