250 years of a whole lotta summer sippin', Uncle Sam & smokin' BBQ. That's right... they're turnin' 250 Stateside!

From the Southern sounds of  live music to yard games & a whole lotta family fun, we had a proper Hickory's celebration lined up for you. It was time to soak up the sunshine and join us for America’s favourite holiday... Smokehouse style.

Southern Style Brunchin'

Kick off your day with a dish that’s as big as the holiday itself: The Great American Breakfast. All the best bits of a full English, but double the size and with a whole waffle thrown in for that true taste of America. It's a feast fit for a celebration that we're sure will keep you fuelled up and ready for fun all day long.

If you're craving something sweet, then our homemade Pan Cakes, or waffles are just what you need! Pick your base, then your topping... The Chicken Coop, Lemon Meringue Cheesecake or Maple Smoky Bacon & Egg.

You can't celebrate without a Smokehouse Feast... right?

From Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs to our stacked BBQ Trays, we’ve got it all. Go all out with our showstopper – the Texas Style Brisket. Smoked low ‘n’ slow for 16 hours and served with Tennessee bourbon gravy. It’s a true taste of Texas that you won't forget.

We had a special shake comin' your way...

A cherry-based milkshake with bubble gum syrup, topped with cherry syrup, blue sherbet, marshmallows, popcorn, sprinkles & of course, an American flag!

All that's left to do is round up your crew, book your table & join us for some smokin' BBQ!
