Raise a Glass to The Open
Our bar team have been counting down to The Open just as much as the golfers have! To celebrate, they've been busy behind the bar shaking up three limited-edition specials that'll keep you refreshed from the first tee to the final putt.
First up is the Pin Seeker Martini, created by bartender Avyn. Combining Midori, elderflower liqueur, vanilla syrup, lemon juice and apple juice this is a perfectly balanced sip that's every bit as satisfying as a hole-in-one.

For the bourbon lovers (just like us!), meet the Gator in the Rough. It's a bold blend of Evan Williams Bourbon, Bayou Spiced Rum, watermelon syrup, pineapple juice, lemon juice, Jalisco honey - careful, bartender Ben said this one bites!
And of course, it we couldn't not give the local ledged a shout out. The Tommy Fleetwood Float, created by bartender Avyn, this playful clubhouse classic mixes cream soda syrup, cherry and Diet Coke before being topped with a nostalgic Custard Cream float.

From Royal Liverpool to Royal Birkdale
The Open has created so many unforgettable moments across the North West's iconic links courses.
We're especially proud that after lifting the Claret Jug at Royal Liverpool in 2023, Champion Golfer Brian Harman chose to celebrate his victory with us at Hickory's West Kirby. A trophy filled with Hickory's Pale Ale, and some smokin' BBQ...now that's how you celebrate a big win!
