You might’ve noticed… the days are getting longer, the sun’s starting to tease us with a taste of those Texas temperatures , and that unmistakable feeling of summer is starting to roll in. And that can only mean one thing…our new menu is coming!

That’s right - it’s time for us to shake things up. From Wednesday 22nd April, we’re bringing a new menu to the table at Hickory’s Smokehouse. But before we lift the lid completely, we wanted to give you a little taste of what’s to come…

You Spoke, We Listened!

We’ve been paying close attention to what you’ve been craving, and let’s just say, some fan-favourites are making a comeback.

Yep… we’re talking about those Corn Dogs you couldn’t stop asking for. And that golden, melt-in-your-mouth Cornbread? Back where it belongs.

Oh, and for those with a sweet tooth (you know who you are)… let’s just say a certain Biscoff shake is returning. Bigger, badder, and more indulgent than ever!

Your Smokehouse Staples

Don’t worry, we wouldn’t mess with the classics. Our Pitmasters will still be loading up the smokers & the chefs will still be firing up the grill for all of your BBQ favourites.

The low ‘n’ slow smoked meats, the juicy wings, the brisket bites, the frickles… the staples that keep you comin' back for more.

As the weather heats up, so does the menu. We’re bringing in some lighter options, perfect for those easy-going sunny days. And yes… a certain Watermelon Salad might be comin' back - new & improved!

Always lookin' for a way to upgrade your lunch? The best way to do this, is to load it up! Think a loaded potatoes with Southern inspired topping's.

Desserts Worth Saving Room For 

Trust us on this, you’re gonna want to. All the stapes are here to stay, but we’ve also been cooking up some new treats behind the scenes. Think summery, fruity & zesty… all layered up in true Hickory’s style.

And well, nothing' says summer like Georgia Peach. That’s all we’re saying for now.
