We are beyond proud that we have made the Top 100 ‘Best Large Companies’ and that we are one of the best places to work in the UK.
And, not only that we were named the “Best Improved” and one of the best hospitality businesses to work for in the UK. What makes it even more special is that it is the honest thoughts and views of our team that got us here – the heart beat of our business who make us who we are..
Recognised regionally...
We also made the lists regionally in the Midlands and Wales, and a 5th place in the North West. In a year when we had to close our doors to our guests we came together as the Hickory’s family, supported each other when times were hard, laughed and had fun in new ways, challenged ourselves to raise money for Cash For Kids & our local communities (we’re still blown away by the £72,000 that was raised) and had honest & open conversations with each other. Our founder Neil sums up what it means to us...

So good to see that the hospitality industry is being recognised as an incredible place to work. It doesn’t stop here though we will continually strive to be even better as we love our team and love what we do….

And, what better way to celebrate than by having all our team back, having all our restaurants fully open and by welcoming all our wonderful guests back.
