Spring is here & that can only mean one thing…new menu time!
We’ve brought back from BBQ favourites for you to enjoy. Back by popular demand are our sizzling skewers – Chicken & Vegetable and Fire-Kissed Vegetable, with your choice of BBQ or Hot ‘n’ Spicy sauce. You asked so our chefs have delivered.
Our Hog Mac is back in play too – well if you’re gonna do mac ‘n’ cheese, why not go the whole hog? 14 hour smoked pulled pork, a dash of homemade barbecue sauce & spicy jalapenos.
New to menu is the ultimate sub, the Foot Long Chicken & Prawn Po’Boy. Southern fried chicken & garlic buttered king prawns, coral lettuce, beef tomato, pickles & our homemade Po-Boy sauce. And, if you’re looking for a lighter option how about the Watermelon Rainbow Salad – choose grilled halloumi or chargrilled Cajun chicken.

We’re ready for some sunshine sippin with a selection of frozen Smokehouse Margaritas, choose your flavour from classic, strawberry, mango or blueberry & enjoy. The All-American classic Cherry Cream Soda is back along with the Yee-Ha Malted Milk shake.

Everything’s big in Texas – so be sure to save room for our giant raspberry ripple gooey meringue, with raspberry & blueberry compote, vanilla cream, toffee sauce & mini marshmallows.
