This Independence Day, we were celebratin' from Thursday 2nd, to Monday 6th of July. You joined us for a smokin' celebration filled with delicious BBQ, indulgent shakes, & the Southern Hospitality you know and love.

We fired up the grills & smokers for this epic celebration of 250 years of American independence. Our pitmasters were smokin' all your BBQ favourites to perfection, making sure there was something delicious for everyone.

Did you kick off your day with a dish that’s as big as the holiday itself, The Great American Breakfast? All the best bits of a Full English, but double the size and with a whole waffle thrown in for that true taste of America. It's a feast fit for a celebration that we're sure will keep you fuelled up and ready for fun all day long.

Did you try out our exclusive Star Spangled Shake? It’s like a dessert and drink in one, perfect for celebrating Independence Day in style. A cherry- based shake with bubble-gum syrup, topped with cherry syrup, blue sherbet, popcorn, sprinkles & an American flag. Don't worry, the little ones will had their own version & if you wanted make it a hard-shake... you just had to let us know!

Smokin' BBQ Feast

From Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs to our stacked BBQ trays, we’ve got it all. Go all out with our showstopper– the Texas Style Brisket. Smoked low ‘n’ slow for 16 hours and served with Tennessee bourbon gravy. It’s a true taste of Texas that you won't forget.

Americans love everything bigger, and our Go Big or Go Home burger is just that! Three toasted buns, two prime-beef patties, a Southern fried chicken fillet, streaky bacon, magic-dusted pork collar, a hash brown & three slices of American style cheese. Plus lettuce, tomato, pickled red onions, pickles & Hickory's burger sauce. What more could you want?
