Almost 2 years in the making & the wait is over - we're all so excited & ready to swing open the doors to welcome you all.
We're minutes away from the heart of beautiful Wilmslow on on Racecourse Road next to the Premier Inn hotel.
Well, lets start at the front door, you are greeted by our sheltered wrap around veranda & Garden Room. This super light, bright & sunny space with fully retractable roof & sides is prefect to enjoy a smokehouse classic or a cocktail or 2 - whatever the weather.
Our menu is packed full of the flavours of the deep South with classic smokehouse dishes such as Memphis rib, Texas brisket & BBQ pulled pork, all smoked low 'n' slow in our specially imported smokers. You'll also find a superb selection of signature steaks & burgers, plus a huge variety of main courses & the most incredible cocktail & milkshake menu for miles.

Step through the front door and you are straight into our welcoming, neighbourhood bar, packed to the rafters with quirky craft beers, interesting wines, an extensive bourbon collection and a cocktail menu full of Hickory's twists on classics & homemade creations.
The beer selection is equally tempting & includes locally brewed cask ales from Mobberley Brewhouse & Hickory's Pale Ale brewed in partnership with Purity Brewery.
Sports fans... we've got you covered with our SportsBook - fast Wi-Fi & "working from home" points for when you need a break from working at home. It's the perfect place to meet colleagues & clients for "real-life" meetings too. And, of course to watch the sport. We'll be showing all the action - golf, rugby & come September our beloved NFL.
The whole family are welcome and looked after, with an impressive cinema room for kids showing all the latest films and a Fro-Co station for them to get creative with their desserts! Our specially created kids menu has been put together with a team of Mums, Dads & kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options & fun.
Our top piece of advise is....make sure you arrive hungry. Our portions are generous, you can't say no to a side or an appetiser (has anyone tried Burnt Ends) & our desserts define the concept of "comfort food" - you're in for a true Southern feast! And, brunch is a big deal too - we'll be serving it up everyday 11am-2pm.
