We are so excited that Hickory's Earlswood, Solihull, is now open. We're getting to know the area & looking forward to meeting you all.  We can't wait to showcase our unique take on Southern hospitality to you, our neighbours and the good people of Earlswood, Solihull and beyond.

We'll be open & Smokin' from 4pm on Friday 23rd Feb & we can't wait to meet you all.

And, hopefully we’ll see some familiar faces, rom guests who have joined us in Hickory’s Burton Green & Hickory’s Castle Bromwich.

‘We are so delighted to be opening in Earlswood. Having spent many years in Burton Green and Wall Heath I understand first-hand how friendly and supportive the local community can be. We’ve had such an unbelievably warm welcome here in Earlswood and we cannot wait to introduce our new neighbours to our new home and hopefully convert a whole of host of new fans to all things BBQ!’

If you've been to Hickory's before you'll know that we're a family friendly restaurant & bar, and Hickory's Earlswood is no different. The entire building - inside & outside has had a complete refurbishment. BBQ fans will love the Chef's bar (we think it's the best seat in the house). You'll get to watch the chefs first hand as they slice the brisket. Ask them for suggestions for hot sauces & get a real sense of the Southern States.

Families, groups of friends, the gang from work - we've got you covered. From cosy booths to party tables, you'll be able to enjoy each other's & soak up the atmosphere at our Solihull smokehouse. 

Inspired by a trip to South Carolina we’ve created a private garden and terrace for dining & drinking outside. We’ve got our signature huts for dining – your own heated, private space.  Along with the garden we have a safe & secure outside play area for kids- the perfect place for the whole family.

 

Authenticity is absolutely key for us & that starts with our smokers. So we've shipped our 'Ole Hickory' smokers over from Missouri & our Southern Pride smokers from Tennessee and they take pride of place in the heart of the restaurant. 

Smokehouse Classics...

You'll be able to indulge in classics like tender Memphis ribs, juicy Texas-style brisket, and irresistible BBQ pulled pork. All slow-smoked here using special smokers from Texas and Missouri. Our appetisers and desserts aren’t one to skip out on, so make sure you leave room! From Corn Dogs & Frickles to Sweet Texas Pie & Table Toasted Campfire Marshmallow, the perfect feast awaits. And don't worry, the kids are covered too with our fun and balanced Kids Menu.

Our VIK's really are our most important guests! We keep them entertained with table-top fun, regular special events, an outside play area and of course their very own cinema room that they can come and go as they please.

Our kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of mums, dads and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from pancake stacks& the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites. There are also smaller versions of all the shakes.

No visit to Hickory's is complete without a trip to our Fro-Co creation station. Designed to showcase the one & only frozen custard (that’s Fro-Co in Hickory’s talk).

 

 

You're welcome to pop in just for drinks at our bar anytime.  Try our extensive spirits collection. We're pretty proud of our Bourbons - that we've sipped, drank & collected on our road trips. If beer's more your style, we've got you covered. With easy-drinking session ales, including our exclusive Hickory's Pale Ale. And, we've got a selection of bottles & canned craft beers, so there really is a beer for everyone.

Our bar teams love nothing more than shaking up a cocktail. Our drinks list is bursting with interesting mixes & classic combos that are designed to pay a nod to our Southern roots. Be sure to try one of our signature cocktails.  Go for the Game Changer, a twist on the Hurricane, a real fruity & tropical drink. Check out the Cotton Candy - gin & Cointreau shaken with lemon juice & poured over candy floss. Or if you like your bourbon as for an Old Fashioned.

So whether it's a smooth sip of Bourbon, a refreshing beer, or a Hickory's hard shake, there's a seat at the bar with your name on it.

 So, folks it's official...Hickory's Earlswood, Solihull will be open for walk in's from 4pm on Friday 23rd Feb & available to book from 10am on Saturday 24th Feb!!
