We’ll be open & smokin’ from 10am ‘til late all weekend long (Saturday 2nd May – Monday 4th May). So, whether you're an early bird or a last-round regular… there’s always a chair for you at our table.

Folks in the Southern States know one thing for sure - a good day starts with a proper meal. That’s why brunch isn’t optional. It’s essential!

We’re talkin’ brand-new dishes. The kind that make you stop mid-bite and go, “wow.”

And what better time is there to round up the family & give our Lemon Meringue Cheesecake Pan Cake (or Waffle) a taste. You heard that right, brunch and dessert in one!

Think zingy lemon curd, toasted meringue & whipped vanilla cheesecake, finished with a warm custard drizzle and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. All piled high on your choice of a fluffy Pan Cake or a golden waffle.

We’re mixin’ up Beefeater Gin, Italicus, rosé wine, watermelon, apple and lemon juice for something seriously refreshing.

We discovered this one on a trip through the Deep South. We weren’t even looking for Sangria… but it’s all we ended up drinkin'. When we asked why it was on the menu, the answer was simple: “easy, super summer sippin’ and gies great with barbecue.”

We were sold. So we brought the inspiration home & now it’s your turn.

Fresh, fruity & dangerously easy to drink… consider this your Bank Holiday essential.
