We're talkin' big flavours, new discoveries, lighter bites, a whole load of pickles & some epic new deals. Of course, our smokehouse classics & BBQ favourites aren't going anywhere but Hickory's new menu means- the return of some old favourites and some exciting new dishes & drinks that are perfect for the season.

As well as incredible new dishes & drinks, we'll be servin' up great value lunchin' every day til 4pm with our new lunch menu. And an epic new line-up of our daily smokin' deals with BIG smokehouse portions at small smokehouse prices!

Lighter bites just landed at the smokehouse with our new lunch menu. Barbecue favourites & big Southern flavours served ever day 'til 4pm.

Inspired by the laid-back lunch spots, neighbourhood joints & BBQ shacks we’ve discovered on our road trips across the Southern States, our new lunch menu is all about good food without the big feast.

Perfect for a catch-up with friends, a lunchtime date, a quick pit stop or even a business lunch that’s a whole lot more exciting than sandwiches around a meeting room table.

Sometimes you’ve only got an hour. Sometimes you’ve got a whole afternoon.  Or sometimes you just fancy getting out of the office & ordering something tasty. That’s exactly what our new Hickory’s lunch menu is made for. With Burgers & Subs, Loaded Potatoes, Salads & Gumbo's... whether your lunch is a slow one or you're on the go.

What are you choosin'?

In need of a burger fix? Go classic with our Hickory’s Single Burger, or switch things up with our Southern Fried Single Chicken Burger.

Of course, we couldn't not include the star of the show. Our Smoked Tennessee Brisket Sub is packed with slow-smoked beef brisket, roasted peppers & onions, gooey cheese & creamy pepper sauce, with a pot of Tennessee gravy on the side.

For something fresh & a little lighter, there’s our Hickory’s Baby Cobb Salad. Crisp lettuce, Kansas caviar (that’s black beans, sweetcorn, peppers & spring onion), blue cheese, soft-boiled egg, avocado, Cheddar & crispy shallots. Feeling a little more smokin’? Add Southern fried chicken.

And for those days when you want a little more… well, load it up.

Our loaded potatoes come with all the good stuff, from 14-hour Smoked Pulled Pork & BBQ Pit Beans to The Philly Shroom, piled with roast flat mushrooms, seared peppers & onions, mornay sauce, mozzarella & crispy onions.

Brunch... Start your day the Hickory's way! 

Lazy mornings call for Smokehouse flavours. Our brunch menu is served every day 'til 2pm.

Don't get out of bed for anything less. Brunch is and has always been the most sociable meal of the day & no-one does it better than the Southern states, it's a real occasion there. Our Hickory's Muffins are filled and stacked high with a griddled egg, slices of American style cheese, your choice of filling & Magic dusted tater tots. You can choose from magic-dusted mushroom, streaky bacon, sausage patty or go big with The Ultimate XXL!

Sweet tooth? No problem! Choose between Pan Cakes or Waffle and load up with our new Cherry Pie. Rich cherry compote, custard & crushed cookie crumble.

If you're a fan of the traditional, stick to The Great American Breakfast- the best of a full English but doubled up, plus a whole waffle for the taste of the USA.

And what’s brunch without a drink in hand?

If you’re feelin’ like starting the day the true Southern way, pair your brunch with a Bloody Mary.

Our own tomato spice mix & vodka, finished with maple bacon, savoury popcorn & celery.

Fancy turnin’ up the heat? Meet the Bloody Maria - Mary’s Mexican sister - made with Cazcabel Jalapeño Tequila instead of vodka. Or, for something with an American twist, try a Red Snapper, made with James May’s American Mustard Gin.

Say hello or welcome back to the Gumbo. This spicy Louisiana style stew is one not to be missed & regular guests cry out for it’s return each year. Choose from Smoked Pulled Chicken & Pork Jalapeño Sausage or our South Louisiana Roast Okra.

New to the Smokehouse section of our menu... you spoke, we listened... our Hickory Wood Smoked Pork, Jalapenos & Cheese Sausage is on as a main course. Served with a pot of Tennessee bourbon gravy, pickles, house slaw & your choice of wither skin-on-fries or salad.

Sweet Potato Mash is here for Autumn and the perfect creamy side to your Smokehouse- topped with scallions and crushed corn nuts for a little crunch.

Of course, we’ll always have The Smokehouse Platter- All your favourites for when you want to try everything from the smoker. The ultimate smokehouse experience.

Save room for dessert- The Southern States are known for big flavours & even bigger portions, and that definitely includes desserts! Inspired by our road trips, we’ve brought back some of the best treats you’ll ever taste! Perfect for warming up, our Cherry Pie Pan Cake or Waffle will not disappoint.

We've also got the all new Banana Pudding Jam Jar Cheesecake - Banana, toffee sauce, vanilla cheesecake & custard layers, cookie crumble, served with cinnamon sugared churros sticks. What's not to love!

Liquid dessert? We got you. Our all new Foam Alone cold foam is perfect for those with a sweet tooth-  Cazcabel Coffee tequila, fresh espresso, Licor 43 & vanilla syrup, topped with a salted maple cream cold foam.

From the bar...

If we know one thing... it's that you can't have BBQ without Bourbon & our all new Bourbon flight is the perfect pairing with our barbecue dishes.

It was a hard job but we have tried & tested a lot of bourbon across Kentucky! We’ve teamed up with the guys at Heaven Hill Distillery to bring you 3 different expressions of the tasty golden stuff. On each board you get a 25ml measure of Evan Williams Extra Aged, Rittenhouse Rye & Mellow Corn. 

You've shown your love of the Freakshakes since we introduced them to the menu & they’re going nowhere- we've still got your favourites; Cookie Monster, Crazy Carnival & Bigger, Badder, Biscoff. 

Two new Margarita's have joined the lineup... First up the Spicy Pickle-rita- Cazcabel Jalapeño tequila, Pickle House pickle juice, lime& sugar syrup. A tangy kick. Next, the Bootleg Orchard - Cazcabel Blanco tequila, apple liqueur, pear purée, cinnamon syrup & lime.

Our bartenders have been busy mixin' up drinks at our annual cocktail competition, with the chance for their drink to be in the menu & head to Cuba on a one-in-a-lifetime trip with our friends at Havana. Our very own winning bartender Luis Griffo from our Milton Keynes smokehouse, has created Havana to Savannah. Inspired by the sailors that brought rum to the Southern states & ices tea to Europe! This drink has Havana 7 year rum, Southern Comfort, Limoncello, peach puree, lemon, apple & winter sweet tea,

It may not be summer any more...

But, we're still keeping the Solero- with a wintery twist. Our all new Wild Berry Solero has Havana 3 year rum, Creme de Mure, wild berry puree, apple juice & vanilla syrup, topped with a homemade custard cream. It's delicious.  We've spiced things up

No booze. No problem - our homemade soda's are still here. (Don't forget our Grape Soda has been canned & you can take it home). And we've got some great tasting non-alc cocktails with the New Berry, Berry Nice & Bubble Blue Cooler. We've also gone all out with our soda floats- you can now get a Coke Float, Grape Soda Float or Root Beer Float. 

That's not it! We've also added Lone Star to our beers list for a true taste of the states! The National Beer of Texas... Grab it while you can. An easy drinking, crisp American lager with light malt & grain notes.

Fridays & Saturdays- The Surf & Turf Sharer- £70- Grilled 10oz New York strip steak, garlic buttered king prawns & glazed smoked beef dandy ribs. Served with a pot of Tennessee gravy, pepper sauce, dusted Gran Moravia tater tots, roast mushrooms & charred chillies. Plus, a 750ml carafe of red, white or rosé wine.

Sundays- The Dirrrty Wing Tray- £15- A tray of 15 smoked wings in three dirty Sunday flavours. Chicken fried-hot honey with scallions, Honey mustard with Nashville hot dust & Gran Moravia, drenched in Louisiana hot sauce & ranch dressing.
