First up, we’re bringin’ a little Southern comfort to the brunch table with our Pulled Pork Pan Cake (or Waffle).

Think Southern-fried pulled pork, a griddled egg & the sweetness of peach, all brought together with a touch of heat from pickle & jalapeño salsa.

Sweet, savoury, smoky & a little bit spicy. It’s everything we love about Southern cooking, all piled onto your choice of a fluffy Pan Cake or golden waffle.

And if you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll want to make room for our Cherry Pie Pan Cake (or Waffle).

Back by popular demand this one is brunch & dessert all rolled into one. Rich cherry compote, silky custard & crushed cookie crumble, loaded onto your choice of a fluffy Pan Cake or sweet waffle.

Basically, the perfect excuse to have dessert before lunch.

Somethin' Hearty to Start the Day

Some mornings call for something a little more substantial.

Our Great American Breakfast takes all the best bits of a Full English, doubles them up & gives the whole thing a proper American twist - complete with a waffle for that unmistakable taste of the USA.

One thing’s for sure… you’ll need to come hungry.

And if you’re lookin’ for the full Southern American experience, our much-loved Chicken Fried Waffle is sticking around.

Sweet meets savoury with a golden waffle, maple-candied streaky bacon & Southern-fried chicken.

Seasoned avocado, soft poached eggs & fresh tomato, served on a buttered toasted muffin. Fresh, simple & packed with flavour.
