Our serving times can vary for each smokehouse, so please click here https://hickorys.co.uk/location-finder/ to choose your local Hickory’s and view their hours. Our brunch menu is available every day until 2pm. 

We want you to feel comfortable at Hickory’s, but we don’t allow any full sports kits or fancy dress in our smokehouses. 

Most of our smokehouses are dog friendly, but where dogs are welcome can vary; from the bar (including for dining) to outside & our huts. If you’re bringing a dog please pop a note in the special requests & we’ll get you seated in the right area.  

The quickest way to book is online here https://hickorys.co.uk/book/. You can book for up to 10 guests. For 11+ guests you can complete a booking enquiry too – we’ll check our availability and get back to you in 24 hours. 

Our website is live, so if the date or time you want isn’t available it means all our reservable tables have been booked.  We always recommend booking but we do leave a few spaces for walk-ins. There is no guarantee but we will always get you sat if we can!

When you booked you’ll have received a confirmation email, simply follow the link to your booking portal and you can pay your deposit online. 

You can cancel your booking through your confirmation email, simply follow the link to your booking portal and cancel. 

You can book for up to 10 guests online, if you are enquiring for groups of 11+ add your booking enquiry details (contact details, date, time & the number of guests) into our booking form here https://hickorys.co.uk/book/, we’ll check our availability and get back to you in 24 hours.

We do cater for allergies – we have a non-gluten containing menu and you can view allergens on our menu here, https://hickorys.co.uk/menus/. There’s an allergen filter & nutritional information toggle at the top of the page. If you have any allergies please let the team know when you order as they can advise you on which dishes are appropriate for your requirements.  

You can buy gift cards in all our smokehouses or here https://giftcard.hickorys.co.uk/. Online you can choose digital cards or physical gift cards that we’ll post out. If you’ve ordered a digital card and it hasn’t come through yet, please check your junk folder. If your order still isn’t there email us at hello@hickorys.co.uk. 

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. They can be used for part or full payments, so any balance can be used for future visits provided the gift card has not expired. 

The good news is that if you have registered your card, you can check your balance and you’ll have been sent an email copy. If you haven’t registered your card but have the long card number or the order details please email hello@hickorys.co.uk and we’ll check for you.

Thanks for choosing us for your special occasion – please add a note in the special requests in your booking so we know you’re celebrating. We’ll add a Hickory’s celebration board to the table and we’ll treat the person celebrating to a birthday donut on us. You’re very welcome to bring a cake, please give it to our host. 

We keep hold of anything that’s been left or handed in, drop us an email or give us a ring with what you’ve left and we can check for you.
