We're turnin' 10 this June!

We're so proud of what we've achieved... welcoming in our guests, servin' up BBQ classics & gettin' involved in our community. We can't wait to get stuck into the next 10 years & see what they have in store for us!

Join us on the 13th of June, from 12pm to get involved in the celebrations! Be sure to book a table as you won't be able to dine outside... whether you're joinin' us for a laid-back brunch, an early afternoon drink, or a full-on BBQ feast, we can't wait to welcome you!

Over the years, we've smoked more brisket than you could possible imagine, shook so many cocktails & shakes. And hopefully have converted a whole lot of fans to all things BBQ.

Together we've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, new arrivals and just about every other occasion there is. We've watched sport together & thrown some pretty epic Super Bowls, have loved hosting you all for our annual Burton Green Fireworks & enjoyed having your pooches over for Doggy Brunches. From Christmas's & school holidays to Princess Brunches & Halloweens, we've loved every minute.

A Day To Remember...

We'd love to celebrate with friends, old & new. So, we invite you to join us from 12pm in our garden to experience the celebrations!

It wouldn't be a Hickory's party without some of our classic hot sauces, so you can enjoy some tasters at our place! We're big fans of bourbon so we obviously have to celebrate that too, with a range of tasters for you to enjoy. To commemorate the events we've hosted over the years, we're bringin' a guest favourite to join us... an animal handler!

Enjoy the live music and soak up the Southern vibes... Of course, we'll also be joined by a face painter, a cotton candy stall & plenty yard games. We've sure got everything for the whole family...

Again, we just want to say "thank you". It's truly been a pleasure to have welcomed you to Hickory's Burton Green for over 10 years. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped us navigate our way through the greatest road trip of all time.
