Join us on Tuesday 12th August from 12pm to 9pm at our 1st Birthday Party, to celebrate a whole year of Hickory's Gloucester!

We’ve had one incredible year—and it’s all thanks to you! Since swinging open our doors last summer, we've served up hundreds of Smokehouse platters, loaded up freakshakes, shaken more cocktails than we can count & had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the good folks of Gloucester and beyond!

To say a big Hickory’s thank you, we’re throwin’ a 1st Birthday party—and you’re invited! We'll have something for everyone, from classic American cars & live music, to cotton candy & face painting for the little ones. Take on our hot sauce tasting challenge if your feeling brave, or just relax in the garden with a cocktail!

Of course, no Hickory’s party is complete without a BBQ feast. Tuck into all the Hickory's Classics, from our signature 16-hour smoked brisket and sticky ribs to our Go Big Or Go Home Burger, there's something for everyone! Whether you’re here for the BBQ, the bourbon, or the smokin' good times - our pitmasters will be serving up Southern flavour all day long!
