School Was Out & The BBQ Fun Was In!

When the sun shone (and even when it didn’t!), we had everyone covered all summer long with smokin’ BBQ, family fun & good times. Guests joined us throughout the school holidays at Hickory’s and together we made it one to remember.

Happy Kids, Happy Parents!

We know eating out with kids can be a whole thing, so we made sure the little legends were looked after from the second they walked through the door.

Need a breather while they chilled out? Our Movie Room was a total winner - classic family films on loop, cinema-style seats, low lighting and cozy vibes. It felt like a mini movie night right in the middle of dinner (and yes, popcorn was essential!).

And for those looking to burn off some energy in the sun, several of our Smokehouses offered outdoor play areas - the perfect way to keep the fun going.

Mini Appetites, Big Flavour...

Our kids’ menu was packed with proper crowd-pleasers, designed by mums, dads & kids alike. From crispy popcorn chicken and juicy hot dogs, to creamy mac 'n' cheese and more... it was a hit with every little appetite.

And then there was our famous Fro-Co AKA frozen custard with a creation station full of toppings. Sprinkles, sauces, sweets, and more chaos than you can imagine. The kids loved it (and talked about it all week!).

And For You? Let’s Talk BBQ.

While the kids kept themselves entertained, it was the parents’ turn to relax. Whether it was catching up with mates over drinks in the sun, watching the game with a cold beer, or getting elbow-deep in smokin’ BBQ, there was plenty to enjoy.

Ribs, wings, pulled pork, brisket, all cooked low ’n slow, Deep South style. Saucy or dry rubbed, our Pitmasters had it all covered, serving the ultimate summer feast.

Rain or Shine, We Were On.

Whatever the British weather threw at us, we brought the Southern vibes. Sun out? Guests grabbed a table outside and soaked it up. Bit grey? No problem, the summer spirit carried on indoors.

Staycation road trippers even made Hickory’s a stop-off to refuel with the family... BBQ made every holiday better.
