Thanks for Joining Us, Earlswood!

A big ol’ thank you to everyone who came down and made our Independence Day Yard Party one to remember! From local market stalls to yard games, candy floss and face painting - the brief rain fall didn't stop us from celebrating!

It was a joy to bring the community together for some Southern-style fun, all while raising funds for Cash for Kids. Your support, smiles, and good vibes made it extra special.

Start the day the Hickory's way...

We flipped pancakes, fried the classics, and were pourin’ bottomless diner coffee all morning.

Those that were feelin’ savoury? Tried The Great American Breakfast—a Southern take on a full English, with waffles, streaky bacon, and all the trimmings. Those that wanted something sweet? The pancake stacks topped with strawberries, chocolate, hazelnut, and our famous Fro-Co went down a treat.

You couldn't celebrate without a Smokehouse Feast

From Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs to Hand Pulled Pork & our legendary Texas Style Brisket – all smoked low ‘n’ slow & packed with flavour. Or, for those feelin' brave… dug into the Go Big or Go Home burger. Two prime beef patties, Southern fried chicken, streaky bacon, magic-dusted pork collar, American cheese, hash brown and more.

Last Call for the Stars & Stripes Fro-Co!

Sunday 6th was the last chance to try our Stars & Stripes Fro-Co Special.

This red, white & blue frozen custard was topped with strawberry sauce, blue sherbet, and mini marshmallows. It was sweet, bold, and made to celebrate.

The Independence Day Yard Party happened exclusively at Hickory's Earlswood on Sunday 6th July from 10am – 4pm.
