We’re firing up the grills and bringing the Southern heat once again this Independence Day! From Friday 4th to Sunday 6th July, Hickory’s is the place to be for a long weekend of smokin’ BBQ, bold flavours, and true Southern hospitality.

Southern Style Brunchin’
Looking to start your day the American way? There’s only one way to do it: The Great American Breakfast. Our Southern twist on the Full English – made bigger and better with waffles, streaky bacon, and all the trimmings.
And we all know Americans love their pancakes. Sweet tooth? Go for strawberries, chocolate, hazelnut & Fro-Co. Classic? Maple & crispy bacon is the way to go. Feeling bold? Louisiana fried chicken is the one for you. Whichever you pick - nothing else stacks up!
Need a caffeine kick to fuel the fun? Our Cup Of Joe is just like you see in the movies – a classic diner-style brew served fresh & hot. Fancy something cooler? Go for our Iced Coffees or house brewed Sweet Teas. Or kick things off with a Bloody Mary, it is the weekend after all.
The Smokin’ BBQ Feast
Nothing says 4th July quite like a full on Smokehouse spread. From Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs to Hand Pulled Pork & our legendary Texas Style Brisket – all smoked low ‘n’ slow & packed with flavour. Dig into those authentic Southern BBQ flavours all weekend long.
And if you're feelin' brave… meet the Go Big or Go Home burger. Two prime beef patties, Southern fried chicken, streaky bacon, magic-dusted pork collar, American cheese, hash brown and more. It’s big, bold, and unapologetically American.

No feast is truly complete without a dessert. So of course, we had to bring you something special this 4th of July - The Star's & Stripes Fro-Co! Our famous Frozen Custard topped with strawberry sauce, sherbet & mini marshmallows - yes please.

You can’t celebrate without a drink in hand - and there's plenty for you to be toasting with! From our famous Grape Soda or one of our mega Freakshakes, to a pint of Hickory's Pale Ale or Signature Cocktails - our drinks menu has something for everone.
We believe there is no better way to kick off the weekend than with a cocktail in hand listing to the sounds of the South. And with the 4th of July falling on a Friday this year, it’s the perfect time to get into the spirit. Whether you're pairing your drink with a BBQ feast or joining us at the bar for a couple of rounds, don’t miss our 2 for £12 shakin' cocktails from 4pm - 9pm every Friday.
We can't promise the Texas tempurates, but our Southern-inspired drink selection (with over 25 bourbons!) is here to keep spirits high all weekend long.
