Authentic American cooking is what we are all about! Our aim at Hickory’s is to bring a taste of the US barbecue belt to our restaurants using the American Smokers we imported from Memphis, Tennessee. We smoke over smouldering hickory wood for up to 16 hours creating meat that is tender & full of flavour.
Our restaurants serve food seven days a week…
Hickory’s Chester – 9am till 11pm
Hickory’s West Kirby – 10am till 10pm
Hickory’s Rhos-on-Sea – 10am till 10pm
