Welcome to the smokehouse
We are excited that work at our new smokehouse in Wall Heath is well under way! We will shortly be releasing a contact number but in the meantime, should you wish to contact us, you can by emailing email@example.com. Santa is keen to get his ‘Smokehouse fix’ before December begins so we have promised that we will be ready to welcome him and the local community towards the end of November.
Our recruitment drive will be starting very soon for full and part time team members. We will be on the look out for managers, chefs, hosts, servers and bartenders. Authentic American cooking is what we are all about! Our aim at Hickory’s is to bring a taste of the US barbecue belt to our restaurants using the American Smokers we imported from Memphis, Tennessee. We smoke over smouldering hickory wood for up to 16 hours creating meat that is tender & full of flavour.
Our restaurants serve food seven days a week…
Hickory’s Chester – 9am till 11pm
Hickory’s West Kirby – 9am till 10pm
Hickory’s Rhos-on-Sea – 9am till 10pm
