We brought something extra special to the table this year. Because let’s be honest… Pancake Day deserves more than just lemon and sugar.
It was a day filled with BBQ, batter, and a whole lotta flipping fun.
A Pan Cake Party, Hickory’s Style
Inspired by our love of Southern hospitality, togetherness, & unforgettable food moments, each smokehouse was transformed into a mini celebration of all things sweet, stackable, & seriously fun.
Whether guests were visiting with the kids, catching up with friends, or just looking for an excuse to eat pan cakes (no judgement here), we couldn't wait to welcome everyone in.
Pan Cake Creation Stations
The star of the show? Our Pan Cake Creation Stations, a hands-on area where the kids (and grown-ups) customised their own Pan Cakes.
It’s all about rolling up your sleeves, getting creative, & building your dream Pan Cake stack!
Think fluffy Pan Cake bases with a mouth-water section of toppings from chocolate chips & indulgent sauces to fresh berries & whipped cream. We had a blast watching everyone's creations come to life.
It was playful, it was messy (in the best way), and it was bursting with that signature Hickory’s energy.
Fun for Kids… and Grown-Ups Too
At Hickory’s, family fun isn’t just for the kids and neither are the pan cakes. Little ones loved customising their creations, and adults dove right in too.
Classic stacks, chocolate overloads, or sprinkle-covered masterpieces. We’re here for it!
Our legendary slow-smoked BBQ favourites remained front and centre! From ribs & burgers to brisket and everything in between. This was a day where BBQ met pancakes, the perfect balance of sweet & smokin’.
