Thanks for Celebratin’ With Us, Worcester!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Independence Day Yard Party—it was one heck of a Southern-style celebration!

From live music and yard games to face painting and family fun, you brought the energy and made it a day to remember. It was a real joy to see so many friendly faces soaking up the sunshine and joining us for America’s favourite holiday, Hickory’s style.

We loved every minute and hope you did too—see y’all again soon!

Southern Style Brunchin'

Before the yard party, we served up a Southern-inspired menu full of American favourites — from fluffy pancakes to The Great American Breakfast with waffles, streaky bacon, and all the trimmings. For those with a sweet tooth, our pancakes loaded with strawberries, chocolate, hazelnut, and our famous Fro-Co were a hit.

You couldn't celebrate without a Smokehouse Feast

From Memphis-style Baby Back Ribs to Hand-Pulled Pork and our legendary Texas-style Brisket – all smoked low ‘n’ slow and packed with flavour. For the brave, there was the Go Big or Go Home burger: two prime beef patties, Southern fried chicken, streaky bacon, magic-dusted pork collar, American cheese, hash brown and more.

It was big, bold, and unapologetically American!

Last Call for the Stars & Stripes Fro-Co!

Saturday 5th was the last chance to try our Stars & Stripes Fro-Co Special.

This red, white & blue frozen custard was topped with strawberry sauce, blue sherbet, and mini marshmallows. It was sweet, bold, and made to celebrate.

The Independence Day Yard Party happened exclusively at Hickory's Worcester, on Sunday 5th July, from 12pm - 8pm.
