What an unforgettable 1st Birthday Party!

On Tuesday 12th August, we celebrated a whole year of Hickory’s Gloucester, and it was all thanks to you! Since opening our doors last summer, we’ve served hundreds of Smokehouse platters, loaded up countless freakshakes, shaken more cocktails than we can count, and had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the wonderful people of Gloucester and beyond.

The party was packed with fun for everyone, from classic American cars, live music, cotton candy, and face painting for the little ones. Brave guests took on our hot sauce tasting challenge, while others relaxed in the garden with a cocktail in hand.

It wouldn't be a party without a Smokehouse Feast!

Of course, no Hickory’s party is complete without a BBQ feast. Guests tucked into all the Hickory’s classics - 16-hour smoked brisket, sticky ribs, and the mighty Go Big or Go Home burger, served up by our pitmasters with plenty of Southern flavour all day long.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first birthday so special, we couldn’t have done it without you! Here’s to many more years of smokin’ good times at Hickory’s!
