It's official...Letchworth is getting a Hickory's Smokehouse!  We are so excited to be opening up & we can't wait to welcome you for smokin' BBQ, shakin' drinks and some good old fashioned Southern hospitality! We're busy getting to know the area, getting to know you, our new neighbours & of course, getting cracking with the build.

Authenticity is key for us. Our Southern Pride smokers take pride of place in the heart of the restaurant - they are the best of the best in the BBQ world. Shipped straight from Tennessee & Missouri, our smokers are our pride and joy! We'll be open & smokin' 8 days week...

Our Pitmasters are the real deal. They're the heart of what we do, lovingly smokin' to create those prestige smoke rings & meat that falls off the bone. At Hickory's we say, "Not all heroes wear capes; some wear aprons" & these BBQ heroes are here to make sure you leave wanting more!

Smokehouse Classics...

Get ready to indulge in smokehouse classics like tender Memphis Ribs, authentic Texas-Style Brisket &  BBQ Pulled Pork - all slow-smoked in house! For the non-smokers we've got you covered too. With dishes such as the Chicken Fried Waffle & the Go Big Or Go Home Burger, there's something for everyone.

Our appetisers and desserts aren’t one to skip out on, so make sure you leave room! From Burnt Ends & Frickles to the Cookie Creation & Campfire S'Mores, the perfect feast awaits. 

Too early for a full feast or looking to start your day with a Hickory's Fix? We've got you covered with our Brunch menu too! From Homemade Pancakes, topped with sweet, savoury and spicy flavours, The Great American Breakfast or even a Hickory's Muffin - what's not to love.

You're always welcome to pop in just for drinks at our bar! We're pretty proud of our Bourbons - that we've sipped, drank & collected on our road trips. If beer's more your style, no stress. With easy-drinking session ales, including our exclusive Hickory's Pale Ale. And, we'll have a selection of bottles & canned craft beers, so there really is a beer for everyone.

Our bar teams love nothing more than shakin' up a cocktail. Our drinks list is bursting with interesting mixes & classic combos that all designed to pay a nod to our Southern roots. Be sure to try one of our signature cocktails.  Go for the Game Changer, a twist on the Hurricane, a real fruity & tropical drink. Check out the Cotton Candy - gin & Cointreau shaken with lemon juice & poured over candy floss. Or if you like your bourbon ask for an Old Fashioned. Designated Driver? No problem. We've got iced teas, milkshakes & even some tasty mocktails & sodas lined up for you.

So whether it's a smooth sip of Bourbon, a refreshing beer or a Hickory's cocktail. There'll be a seat at the bar with your name on it.  

Just For The Kids...

Our VIK's really are our most important guests! We keep them entertained with table-top fun, regular special events, including our incredible character brunches & of course their very own movie room that they can come and go as they please. The little ones are also being welcomed by an incredible outdoor play area - designed to create hours of fun!

Our kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of mums, dads and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from pancake stacks& the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites. There are also smaller versions of all the shakes.

No visit to Hickory's is complete without a trip to our Fro-Co creation station. Designed to showcase the one & only frozen custard (that’s Fro-Co in Hickory’s talk).

Whether you're with family, friends, or colleagues, we have the perfect setup just for you. Imagine everything from cosy booths to lively party tables - the perfect space for every occasion!

Plus, our Chef’s Bar where you’ll get to watch the chefs in action, it’s quite possibly the best seat in the house with a view of our slow smoked Texas style brisket. Our chefs might even lift the lid on a few pitmaster secrets.

Inspired by the outdoor lifestyle in the Southern States, we’re creating a secluded yard with plenty of tables f& a firepit outside for when summer comes back around. We’re also adding a safe & secure outside play area for kids. So it really will be the perfect place for the whole family, all year round. We cannot wait to welcome you, to sit back, relax and enjoy your local Hickory’s for every occasion – whatever the Letchworth weather has in store .
