To all our neighbours, our guests & the good people of Worcester - a massive thank you for supporting us for the past 7 years. And what an 7 years we've had. We’ve proudly been smokin' authentic BBQ, shakin' cocktails & meeting so many wonderful guests. We've loved every minute & couldn't have done it without you. But, the time has come to give our smokers a rest as your Hickory's Worcester is having a refresh!

Whether you’re a Hickory’s Worcester regular, haven’t been for a while or are still to try us out let us tell you a bit about the place...

We take our inspiration from the places we’ve been to, with lots of quirky touches and Southern inspired design ideas, to create a place for everyone to enjoy.

The Garden...

Our garden will be getting a major makeover... with the huts finally making a come-back! The new huts will have their own music, heating & doors. Perfect for any kind of weather! We'll also be adding in some new plants & seasonal decoration to the garden for ultimate spring vibes.

The restaurant area has most definitely served up lots of smokin' BBQ & welcomed countless guests, so it's having a refresh. You spoke & we listened...we've added more tables of two. Perfect for get date nights & cosy catch-ups.

The Bar...

You're always welcome to join us for a drink in the bar too! Our refreshed bar area will be the perfect place to sit back with a drink in hand. Whether you're watching the sport (on our new additional big screens), catching up with friends or enjoying a pre BBQ cocktail. We're adding in some cool booths & banquette seating... perfect for rounding up the folks for a big game!

For the Young'uns...

Our VIK's really are our most important guests! We keep them entertained with table-top fun, regular special events - we've welcomed so many characters to our brunches and of course their very own movie room. So they can burn off some energy in the new  garden or sit back and relax in the movie room.

Check out our kids menu - it's been specially created with a team of mums, dads and kids, so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. No visit to Hickory's is complete without a trip to our Fro-Co creation station. Designed to showcase the one & only frozen custard (that’s Fro-Co in Hickory’s talk). 

We've helped celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, new arrivals, graduations & just about every other occasion, and we can't wait to keep that going!

What great neighbours we’ve got too! We’ve become great friends with the guys from Our Queen Lady of the Peace Primary School, Perryfields Primary School, St Clements, Worcester College & Age UK to name a few. We’ve enjoyed a good event too –from Character Brunches, to Doggy Brunches – your support at these events has meant so much. All of this is thanks to you, our guests. Your unwavering  support over the years has been something else. And to our team too!

Our very own General Manager, Dave has been at Worcester since the restaurant opened 7 years ago. He’s so proud to work in the community she calls home. What makes Hickory’s truly special is the whole team –the chefs, the Pitmasters, the KPs, the bussers, the servers, the barbacks, the bartenders & the managers. From the long-standing legends like Rosa, Stuart & Jake to name a few - thank you!
