To all our guests, our neighbours, the good people of Rhos On Sea & beyond; thank you for supporting us for the past 10 years. And what a 10 years we've had! But it is now time for an update as your Hickory's Rhos On Sea is having a refresh.

We’ve smoked countless briskets, rubbed an untold amount of ribs & shook up more cocktails than we can remember. And, we’re now getting ready to make some changes to the restaurant & bar.

Whether you’re a Hickory’s Rhos On Sea regular, haven’t been for awhile or are still to try us out let us tell you a bit about the place...

We take our inspiration from the places we’ve been to, with lots of quirky touches and Southern inspired design ideas, to create a place for everyone to enjoy. The whole family has been thought of at Hickory’s. There’s a range of seating from cosy booths to larger tables for groups and extended families to enjoy.

The Chef's Bar...

Be sure to check out the new & improved Chef’s Bar! It'a the perfect place to to watch the chefs in action- quite possibly the best seat in the house. They might even lift the lid on a few pitmaster secrets. Best of all you'll have a view of our slow smoked Texas style Brisket & have all our hot sauces (many collected on a road trip) at hand to try. If all this talk of Brisket is making you hungry check out the menu...

The Bar...

For drinkers & sports fans we’ve got you covered... With additional seating & better views of the TVs in the bar for the weekly fixes of all your favourite sports, from NFL to rugby & football. You're welcome to join us or drinks in bar at any time. There will be plenty of space if you just want to enjoy a pint of Hickory’s Pale Ale or some cocktail sippin’.

Younger guests are in for a treat...

Our VIK's really are our most important guests! We keep them entertained with table-top fun, regular special events and of course their very own cinema room. 

Our kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of mums, dads and kids, so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites. From pancake stacks & the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites. There are also smaller versions of all the shakes.

No visit to Hickory's is complete without a trip to our Fro-Co creation station. Designed to showcase the one & only frozen custard (that’s Fro-Co in Hickory’s talk).

 So, book yourself a table for when we reopen on Tuesday 19th November from 4pm. We can't wait for you to take a look around & enjoy some smokin' BBQ with us.
